Wonderful place. My doctor was Dr. Pacheco and she was just so knowledgeable and kind and caring. She spent over an hr talking with me and listening to all that I wanted and answered all my questions. She had great recommendations for my procedure. She told me how to take care of myself after surgery and gave me clear instructions. The staff was kind and professional. I even loved how Dr Pacheco checked on me right when I woke up. I’m very happy with my results and how I’m healing. Even my weekly check ups with my nurse Anna was good and she cared for me and cleaned my incisions and made sure I knew how to clean it myself, along with my daily massages. This was a great place and I will definitely recommend. Thank you PPS!!!

These guys are a scam! Do not send your money to them. I sent all my money for my surgery not just the deposit, shortly after I was told I have cancer these guys said it’s ok my surgery won’t be in that area. When asked for a refund minus the deposit they said no, I paid it they are keeping it. BBB recommended not using them when reported to them with all the complaints. To add to their response I had no pre-existing condition. I went for a routine mammogram as I’m in my 40s and the cancer was found then at no time have they said I could return after treatment. I have the messages where they said they will keep the money and I will never be cleared to have surgery with them

I honestly never write reviews but I wanted to take a minute and share my experience with Professional Plastic Surgery. I went in for an in person consultation and fell in love with the office, very nice and calming environment on top of being super beautiful and extremely clean. Personally I’m very big on costumer service and first impressions, Roxana is the first person you talk to and let me tell you she was super sweet, extremely helpful and helped me with all the initial questions I had. Maria was my coordinator she was honest, we had a really good consultation, answered all of my questions and concerns and was super sweet as well. My surgery date is coming up and the Pre-op department as helped me with all the documentation needed from my doctor, they have also given me very clear instructions during the entire process and that makes me feel safe and that they also care about their patients. I’m very thankful for the patience and treatment I’ve had at Professional Plastic Surgery. I’ll update you guys after my procedure. Hope this helps you guys make the right move!

Been going to this place for about a year, Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a good doctor who will actually care about you and your well-being. Most places don’t care when it comes to cosmetic surgery but Dr.Pacheco is so sweet with her kind recommendations and always following up with her patients. She also speaks in English or Spanish which is always a plus. The nurses ( Anna y Dailenis )there are also very considerate with their patients and really create a nice/friendly environment must mention the cleanliness as well always very clean establishment.

What can I say? I am so so happy with my procedure with Doctor Bella Pacheco and her team! Also, all professionals work out there !! Professional, lovely, careful about my satisfaction. I really recommend this place100% and 100% safety and sparkling giving all patient health and secure . Thank you all 🥰🙏🥰🙏 I’ll be back soon

Before I chose my surgeon I read reviews. I chose Dr Pacheco because of her reviews. The day of surgery when I met Dr Pacheco she was very kind, knowledgeable, and took her time explaining to me everything. I felt it went wrong as soon as I was called back for surgery. As soon as I laid down the anesthesiologist came in and he was so rushed with me. He tapped my hand, put the IV in and then the anesthesia. It wasn’t a kind, nurturing environment and as soon as he pushed the anesthesia I felt my throat swelling closed. I probably will never know what happened after that! Last thing I said was my throat! I went in at noon and didn’t get done until around 6PM..as soon as i woke I felt my garments being roughly put on and out the door I went. The Dr didn’t speak to my sister or me after surgery. I had more pain in my left breast immediately after surgery and my pictures show left breast swelling more. I went to my checkup next day. Didn’t see my surgeon just someone to look and take pictures. The following day I was rushed to the hospital via ambulance. Had a 3 day stay. Dr Pacheco called my husband and sister and began telling them I’m fine..I wasn’t fine..in fact I was in such bad shape that they Red Cross messaged my husbands unit and they flew him home from overseas.. and she said no infection, etc..but my tests showed otherwise.. I found this HIGHLY distasteful. No sympathy, concern for my wellbeing, nothing! I just wanted my Dr to take care of me but instead she made excuses and flat out lied. Got home and ended right back in the hospital with infection in my left breast/ cellulitis. My husband messaged Dr Pacheco per the General Surgeon’s suggestion that seen me at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and he sent her a picture. She said oh everything is fine/normal.. mind you I had a high white blood count and cellulitis in left breast with fever and he told her all this. Again, no compassion, no care, nothing. I get that infections happen after surgery but her lack of professionalism, care, concern was just downright the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life! Thank God the Army hospital and General Surgeon gave me the care, concern, and compassion that she lacked. He got with a plastic surgeon from another military installation and together they came up with a plan that has me on the mend. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my tummy tuck looks great. I’m still waiting on my breast till completely heal to see how it looks.
